Tried to order a hat , even enter a 10% discount code u gave on the site. Code was not valid. I still tried to purchase the hat. After entering all my information to purchase it just repeatedly said to complete the info below to confirm order but never said my order was complete.

Slow shipping, poor service

Their sizing chart was wrong. Based on my measurements, they suggested a large. It was HUGE so I sent it back for exchange. Spent $22 to send it back. Then they charged me another $14 to ship the new hat. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped my hat. Customer support says "they're working on it" but it's still not shipped. Now I've spent $102 on a $40 dollar hat and they still can't tell me where it is! Customer service is terrible. Return policy is a joke.

I never had any response from the company.Now I just need to find out if they have a website or a facebook page so I can begin to trash them on line. No mercy will be shown as they were not at all interested in resolving the problem and I am still out $34. Not that...

Used the web site to order a top hat. Site did not confirm purchase and I backed up one page to check on something, site took me back to the order page, so I made a second order.

Second order confirmed. Got two delivered. Called to return one and was told I would have to pay the return shipping, but that it would not be that much. Customer Service recommended FedEx and said my cost would be similar to theirs.

It cost me more than $33 to return the second hat.

I sent them an email and asked them to issue a refund. I have heard nothing so now I am putting this review out there as a warning to others.

Just a terrible company

This place should be shut down!!!!! People, please DO NOT order from this company unless you want to waste your money & have them take funds out of your account without asking or notifying you, very, very shady company! If you order a $30 hat, youll end up paying triple for all the shady things they charge you for! Worst customer service I have ever experienced or I should say no customer service at all! Dont have a clue why they even have a phone number to call if they never answer or return your calls!

NI ordered 2 hats and a belt. 1 hat said in stock, other said will ship 1-4 weeks. Both hats went over 4 weeks without being shipped. I wouldve heard nothing if I didnt reach out to hat country. The belt I ordered was in stock so they shipped that, but when I finally asked for a refund for the 2 hats I still didnt receive, I didnt get a a full refund. I was missing about $15 and was told because I got charged for shipping the belt. I had free shipping when I placed my order and their lack of knowing their stock of product apparently falls cost on the customer. Will not buy from hat country. again.

At this writing, I still have not received my hat. Finally, after repeated calls, I got someone to answer and learned that it was out of stock, with no additional information on availability.

After a month of waiting, I asked for a refund and was told that the warehouse would have to attend to that and they had no more information about that either. So, I went to Discover and they refunded my money. Without them, I would still be waiting. Definitely do not order anything from these people unless they get their act together.

I suspect that they are a tiny business without a store and supplying items directly from warehouses. They are under staffed and have no clue about good customer service.I give them a big zero.

I bought a hat using their size chart. There was nothing there stating that they ran small and order the next size up. The hat did not fit, and I had to pay to ship it back. They should have shipped the right size at no charge to the customer, but I have had to pay to ship the wrong size, the return and to ship the right size. I have more money in shipping than the cost of the hat. For that much, I could have bought a good Stetson. Buyer beware.

They claim that they sent the pictures of the hat to stetson and they said it wasn't defective. Clearly the hat has issues I have documented it. Hat Country wants me to pay shipping to send this item back because the manufacturer say having *** in one of their hats is acceptable and not a defect.

Preferred solution: send a prepaid shipping label so I can send the defective items back. Hat Country will not send one because they rely on the manufacturer to decide if they will pay for shipping.

User's recommendation: Buyer beware if the hat is defective on shippment Hat Country defers to the manufacturer for matters. The will not take responsibility for the merhandise they sell. Only the profit.

Poor customer service

I ordered a hat. It arrived within a week. However, I had to return it for a larger size. The return was sent by UPS on June 23, 2020. Hat Country had it back on June 25th. It is now July, 21st and they still have not sent us the hat. Today I was told it would not be made until August 31st. My credit card was charged on June 6th. and the return shipping was charged to my card on July 11th. I would not recommend ordering from Hat Country and will not be ordering anything more from them.

MISLEADING INFO ON DAYS TO DELIVER

I ORDERED A STETSON COWBOY HAT AND THE AD SAID "2 OR 3 DAYS FOR PICKING", WHICH LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT'S WHEN I WOULD HAVE THE HAT.
