Ordered a hat on 1-05-2018. Got an email that it had backordered and would have it in stock on 1-26-2018.

Emailed them for the status of the order and for a shipping number on 1-30-2018, no reply. Called the number got a recording, left my number and complaint, no reply. Next time I'll go elsewhere, there are many more company's that sell western wear to deal with one who doesn't respect it's customer base enough to answer questions about an order. Save your time and money and do not even try to deal with these rip off artists.

And I was going to buy boots and a belt. Glad I tested the waters first.

finally got hat after being told different times of arrivals. was told they had it in their warehouse to find it was shipped from the hat manufacturer. will go to another in the future.
